Video hosting

I've been playing around with drupal and it's video sharing solution, granted it's not so easy to install it like a ready made social networking script, but it's fun and it doesn't look like an average youtube clone site. Most difficult was to find a cheap hosting plan with ffmpeg, luckily I found a list of ffmpeg hosting companies and in 30 minutes I had my own mini-youtube site! I think it's a great tool to expand a community site.
